Course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials may result in suspension.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund eligibility is described per-course at checkout.

Online training supports — but does not replace — supervised practical evaluation. Employers remain responsible for verifying operator competency.
